Hello Bobby's Market...

Just wanted to write you a quick note to say thank you for doing such a terrific job on our provisions! Everything arrived and was just what we needed for our week of sailing. I also wanted to compliment the very nice gentleman who delivered our groceries. He was very helpful and when there was a question about whether we had everything, he offered to make a run back to the market to get what we needed.

We look forward to working with you again next time we are in Tortola and we will happily recommend you to anyone who is looking for provisioning help in the BVIs. Thanks again!

Just returned from perfect SUNNY, Sunsail charter. Our Bobby's order, delivery and execution were perfect this year. Our perishables (especially lettuce) stayed fresh all week.

Thanks to you and your team for making this possible--the devil is in the details, and you guys know how to do it well.

We referred the Scheffers to you this year, and I believe they were pleased as well (ordered 3 days before us).

Well, it was all great, and the provisions were fine. I particularly liked the sliced cold cuts and was only disappointed with the baked brie, which was very expensive I thought and I had to scrape some mold off it even though we used it the 2nd day. Notwithstanding, it was a big hit. The wines were all good, and the rest was pretty straightforward. It was great to have had everything delivered & stowed before we got on board. Thanks again; I've already referred another couple in your direction.

Our provisioning experience with you far exceeded our expectations. We told others on other sailboats that had different experiences what we had done. Your delivery to the boat of outstanding quality goods, your response to our special requests and the freshness of produce was fantastic. Looking forward to another sail next year and will do the same. I don't know why anyone would provision any other way!!

I would like to tell you that Bobby's did a wonderful job provisioning for us!! We were very pleased that you filled the order with almost every item that we'd ordered, with just a few substitutions. And the timing on the delivery of the provisions to the Calypso Queen was very prompt. That was so helpful to me, because I was able to put all the groceries away and still get the briefing from the charter company. Then we were able to leave the dock very soon after the briefing.

Please tell anyone in management at Bobby's what a great job your company did for us. We will not hesitate to provision in advance with you next time. We really appreciate your efforts in excellent service!
