We do have a discount structure for all provisioning orders as follows -

Custom Provisioning - 5% on all orders over $150.00 

Custom Provisioning - 7% on all orders over $150.00 for groups/flotillas/clubs/Charter Companies, etc. (3 or more boats) For Charter Companies, Sailing Schools or other Industry Related Companies qualifying for 7% Discount, that rate takes effect on their 3rd order with us.

Packaged Provisioning - 10% on all items ordered from Packaged Provisioning Form

There is a specially reserved 10% Discount Card that long-time local customers (Bobby's has been retailing Food in the BVI for 40+ years) and Crewed Yacht Owners/Operators who provision with us on a Weekly Basis APPLY for. 

The Retail Supermarket Food Industry is a Low-Mark-up Industry un-like Electronics, Department Stores and other Luxury and Travel Related Industries. Bobby's decision to offer FULL Provisioning Services (Pre-Orders - Order taking and Preparation, Free Delivery, Free Pick-up, Credit Card Payment) all at our same regular STORE PRICES (as oppose to Dockside, Specialty Provisioners, and Packaged Prices) as walk-in Customers and offer an additional 5% DISCOUNT, was a HUGE Step for us and the Provisioning Industry in the BVI. Some still wonder how we manage this.

Our Discount Structure is an important part of our Marketing and is our Prime Loyalty Incentive offered to ALL our Customers. Yes, the program is LOYALTY BASED and because of the already low markups, it can never be VOLUME BASED. If the Program is to be effective, it must be transparent, logical and understandable as clearly laid out here, and it must be applied EQUALLY and CONSISTENTLY to ALL Customers.

** PRICING NOTE **

We try to keep our on-line Static Price Lists up to date. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are processed at our Computerized Scanning POS System at the time of delivery and the final amount rung up then is what is finally billed to you. Apart from the usual volatility in Fresh Produce, prices are pretty stable.

**Note - These Forms are to be Downloaded, Completed and Emailed (preferred) or Faxed to Bobby's. You will receive a Full Confirmation via Email for all Orders Submitted.  This Website does not Process Orders Online. Your Order is not FINAL until Delivery. You may Modify or even Cancel Your Order right up to  delivery!**
